BootForge helps you build and manage Ventoy-powered multiboot USB drives from your phone. If something isn't working or you have a question, this page shows the fastest way to get help.

Fastest answers: most questions are covered in the documentation — especially Troubleshooting, Quick start, and Supported drives. If the docs don't solve it, email us.

Reporting a problem

To help us reproduce an issue quickly, please include:

Your phone model and its Android or iOS version (or your Mac's macOS version).
The USB drive make, model, and capacity.
The BootForge version, shown in the app's About screen.
What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead.

Purchases and refunds

BootForge Pro is a one-time unlock. On Android it is processed by Google Play Billing, and refunds and billing questions are handled by Google — see Google Play's refund policy. On iPhone it is an in-app purchase processed by Apple, and refunds and billing questions are handled by Apple — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a purchase didn't unlock correctly, email us and we'll help.
