BootForge Pro

What's free, what Pro unlocks, and how the one-time purchase works.

BootForge Pro is a one-time purchase — no subscription. The most important thing to know: the entire drive-making engine stays free. Pro adds convenience, power, and breadth, never anything safety-critical.

Free, always

The whole hardware-proven core is free:

  • USB detection and diagnostics;
  • preparing, updating, and reinstalling Ventoy (including downloading Ventoy’s boot files);
  • importing ISOs from your phone and copying them to a drive;
  • checksum verification;
  • browsing the catalog and downloading via each publisher’s official page;
  • managing files on a drive (boot preview, free space, delete, multi-select);
  • the boot guide, boot-menu keys, and troubleshooting;
  • System / Light / Dark display modes;
  • every warning and error explanation — these are never paywalled.

What Pro unlocks

  • In-app ISO downloads — download and checksum-verify ISOs straight to your phone or drive, no browser detours, with pause/resume/cancel.
  • Full catalog — the complete curated library beyond the free starter set, kept fresh with verified download mirrors.
  • Extra themes — the full palette set (Futuristic, Terminal, Nebula, Sunset, Oceanic) and extra appearance options.
  • Image update tracking — see when a newer version of an ISO you installed is available, and update it (or all of them) in one tap.
  • Update alerts — opt-in notifications when Ventoy or your images can be updated.

Pro also covers a few finishing touches like a custom Ventoy version picker during prepare/reinstall and renaming remembered drives.

Buying and restoring

  • Unlock Pro from Settings → BootForge Pro or the Pro showcase — a one-time purchase through Google Play.
  • On a new device or after reinstalling, tap Restore purchase to bring Pro back at no extra cost.
  • If a purchase is pending, Pro unlocks as soon as Google confirms the payment.

Our promise

No ads. No tracking. No coins or game-like mechanics. No confusing paywalls, and never a paywall in front of safety-critical information or a destructive operation that’s already started.
